Analytics data: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website (pages visited, time spent, general location, device type). This data is collected anonymously and in aggregate — we cannot identify individual visitors from it.
Application form data: If you submit our Main Roster application form, we collect the information you provide (in-game name, Discord username, rank, region, tracker profile link, availability, and your motivation text). This data is sent directly to a private Discord channel visible only to Prime Europe staff.
3. Cookies
Our website uses cookies set by Google Analytics and Google Fonts to enable core functionality and gather anonymous usage statistics. You can disable cookies through your browser settings at any time.
4. How We Use Your Data
Analytics data is used solely to improve our website. Application data is used solely to evaluate Main Roster applications and to contact you via Discord regarding your application status.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except where required to operate the website (Google Analytics, Discord). We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
6. Data Retention
Application data remains visible in our private Discord channel until manually deleted by staff. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' default retention settings.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data you have submitted to us by contacting us via Discord or email (see below). If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
